MEET THE EXPERT
KENDRA
Kendra is all heart, grit, and contagious energy. A former member turned fan-favorite coach, she lights up every class with her love for people and passion for group fitness. For Kendra, it's all about building community and pushing together toward something greater. In her classes, you’ll feel challenged, supported, and part of the Fort Collins Boxing Fitness Family from day one. She has been coaching Boxing group fitness for 2 years and is 200 hour yoga certified!
SHELBY
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Coach Shelby started training in Muay Thai back in 2012 and fought in amateur kickboxing from 2014-2016. As much as she loved pursuing a career in fighting, she fell in love with helping others to channel their inner fighter, by teaching them the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing through fitness. Shelby became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2020, knowing that this would be the best way to pursue her true passion of helping others to bring out their very best. With the additional edge of competing and training in combat sports, she loves to embody the grueling training of her fighting days into each of her classes. She believes that there is a fighter inside of us all and is dedicated to bringing that out of everyone she has the opportunity to train. Shelby moved to Colorado in 2017, where she started coaching at Fort Collins Boxing Fitness and immediately knew it was a place to call home. Shelby specfializes in Strength and Conditioning, creating the programming for the Power Classes at Fort Collins Boxing Fitness.
LOGAN
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Coach Logan started wrestling in middle school and continued to compete in wrestling all throughout high school. After a devastating injury, Logan received an opportunity to finish out his wrestling days as a Coaches Assistant and aided in the coaching of his fellow teammates. Wanting to help others rehabilitate and/or prevent injury, Logan pursued becoming a Certified Personal Trainer right out of high school in 2014, immediately knowing that he found his calling. After rehabilitating his injury, Logan dove into the world of Mixed Martial Arts, where he also competed in Boxing and Kickboxing, all while pursuing his career in the fitness industry. Moving to Colorado in 2017, Logan started coaching at Fort Collins Boxing Fitness, and also aided in coaching a boxing fight team for the Denver Golden Gloves. Continuing his love for combat sports, you can find Logan aiding in coaching a local fight team in Loveland, Colorado to this day. Logan is a mobility specialist who also specializes in Strength and Conditioning. Logan has a Striking and Mobility class on Saturday Mornings at 8am, which is an opportunity to hone the skills of both the beginners or more experienced boxing fitness enthusiasts.
