A Message from the Owners of Fort Collins Boxing Fitness

Welcome to Fort Collins Boxing Fitness.
We were both born and raised right here in Fort Collins. This community shaped us — and it's why we chose to open a space that gives back to the city we love. When we set out to build this gym, we wanted more than a place to sweat. We wanted a space where people could grow — stronger, more confident, more resilient — and be part of something real.

The Horsetooth Rock in our logo is more than a local landmark. It’s a symbol of strength, grit, and endurance. It’s a reminder that growth isn’t found on the easy path — it’s earned through consistent effort, even when the road gets steep.

What it means to Fight Forward

Everyone has a struggle in their life that they are working through daily, some hide it well, but we all go through difficult times and need to have an outlet that allows for us to be able to overcome those challenges and move forward positively.   When you fight back, you are constantly fighting against that same struggle and not moving on or past the difficulty that you are facing.   Fighting forward means that you are working through that adversity, dealing with it in a positive way and moving forward with the lessons learned from the experience. Not dwelling on the past, repeating those same mistakes and continuing to fight the same battle within yourself over and over again. When you come into our gym, you have the support of all of those around you and that positive energy helps you to let go of what isn’t serving you from the past, so that you can live a happier and fuller life, better prepared for the challenges to come.  When you step through the door, be prepared to Fight Forward and reclaim your life one punch at a time.
