Boxing Technique

Focused on sharpening the fundamentals of boxing, this class covers striking mechanics, proper stance, combinations, and defensive movement. Expect shadowboxing, bag work, mitt work, and coaching on technique. Whether you’re brand new or leveling up, this class meets you where you’re at.

Fighter Strength Training

Train like a fighter with this functional strength program built for power, speed, and total-body control. We use kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements in a cycle-based format that progresses each month. This class supports your boxing and improves everyday strength.

Fighter Circuit

A fast-paced conditioning class designed to build fight-ready stamina and mental toughness. Expect heavy bag rounds, ropes, footwork, core work, and explosive bodyweight movements. You’ll sweat, push, and leave stronger every time.

Striking and Mobility

A unique blend of striking and movement training. You’ll build boxing and kickboxing fundamentals while focusing on mobility techniques like foam rolling, Stick Mobility, and active range movement. This class is essential for improving performance and reducing injury risk.

Advanced Mitt Training

For those serious about developing their mitt work, this session covers advanced techniques and complex striking combinations. You’ll learn to both hit and hold mitts, building rhythm, timing, and real fight IQ. Previous mitt experience and a willingness to coach your partner are required.

Mitt Fundamentals

Learn the essential skills to hit and hold mitts with proper form. We cover communication, rhythm, and basic combinations in a supportive environment. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to sharpen their fundamentals before advancing.

Silver Gloves

This class is designed specifically for older adults looking to stay active, strong, and confident through boxing-inspired movement. We focus on balance, mobility, coordination, and core strength — all in a fun, supportive environment. Every workout is fully modifiable, and no experience is required. It’s never too late to move with purpose and power.
